We are seeking remote Sales Executives with extensive sales experience in any discipline or industry for our well established and expanding recruitment enterprise. Full training will be given. We do not expect you to have previous headhunting or recruitment experience. You may have worked in sales, marketing, business development, or general management. Experience working abroad is an advantage. We already have client contracts in place. Many of our assignments are for expats to move to tax free highly lucrative appointments in Dubai. Full training on our sector and products will be given. In fact, you will be coached personally every single day in the first fortnight. We offer in demand professional recruitment in sales, technology, and finance, with high margins.

You will be approaching people that come in through various adverts, sales funnels, CVDatabase Access, LinkedIn sales groups etc. We also run hotel based open days generally on working in Dubai and client specific events. Travel to Dubai would be essential (company paid) to visit clients and familiarise on the opportunities you are presenting to candidates. Dubai for sales professionals is an extremely lucrative Commission Only culture with incomes well in excess of the UK and no income tax to pay. There will also be salaried technical and engineering positions as well. Above all you must be looking to build personal wealth and own a share of your hard work.

This will soon mean becoming a Partner and building and managing a team working on LinkedIn making senior connections and messaging, phoning, MS Teams meetings, using our comprehensive CRM which includes VOIP calling. We have six grades of professional and we recruit at all levels depending on experience. We charge our clients an override on all the people we place with them. His means you will be building a very large passive income. In or contract you own those fee rights. As Sales Headhunter you must be targeting over six figures of income in year one.

Resourcer - FlexiBasic on all activity plus bonus.

Senior Resourcer - Increase in status and Commission Doubles.
Deal Broker - As Senior Resourcer plus 5% ongoing on all clients brought in.

Recruiter - 30-50% of all placements

Partner - 50% of all placements plus ownership fee rights on portfolio

Managing Partner. - Partner plus 10% override on team to two levels.

We target a C-Level or senior decision makers in growth markets which has been assessed as having finance for growth. There are also international markets with huge opportunities such as USA, Dubai, Singapore.

Please note that Linkedin is a key resource. You will need to use your LinkedIn profile purely for Success Moves and should already have a presence there. We will provide content to start you off. Then we will show you how to turn it into a money magnet. You will also make telephone calls using our online V.O.I.P. telephone system.

All you must do is learn and work this business very hard in the first month. And of course, sell and close, broking deals. We will work with you on a daily basis until successful.
