QED Legal are working with an excellent Legal 500 law firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, to join their firm in Essex.

Our client is well-known Legal 500 law firm, known for their excellent services, and hold a great reputation locally.

This role is an ideal for any experienced Conveyancing or Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer individual who has experience managing or supervising a small team, with experience handling a variety of residential property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a mixture of both residential and commercial transactions inclusive of sales, purchase, freehold, leasehold, landlord and tenant, remortgages, and more.
