SENIOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - GLOUCESTERSHIRE Residential Conveyancing - 5 PQE + An outstanding high-level opportunity for a Senior Lawyer with a solid background in Residential Property matters to join this successful and well regarded firm. This is a senior position and any application will be treated in the utmost confidence. You will be entering the firm as an integral part of the management, benefiting from a very supportive team and the position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm. You will need a minimum of 5+ PQE and a solid background in a full range of Property matters including all aspects of the buying and selling process, including buy-to-let, bridging loans, commercial and development, legal issues, finances and contracts, with proven fee earning, team management and client development skills. This firm's reputation is excellent and extends beyond the geographic locations of the offices, helping to develop an extremely healthy client base.
