This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Resident Services Manager to join an upmarket, global real estate agency within their Build to Rent division!

Your role will involve leading and overseeing the onsite lettings and property management team of a 229 unit building in Brighton, with 3 SME commercial units. It will be your responsibility to improve efficiency and increase profits across the asset, whilst maintaining a market-leading resident experience.

You will have overall responsibility for the operations and performance of the asset; ensuring the smooth running of the asset, all statutory H&S requirements are met, leading on sustainability and customer experience initiatives, and ensuring that your team engage with residents in a professional and approachable manner.

Your will also be supporting the portfolio where required, such as site visits to other assets within the client’s portfolio, mentoring resident service assistants and shaping future strategy for the portfolio. If you believe you would excel in this role, please get in touch!

Personal specification:

• Experience within a similar role within residential property
• Strong customer service ethic / background
• Experience in managing a team of at least 6 people
• Experience in managing expenditure against budget
• Strong financial management skills
• ARLA - desirable
• IOSH - desirable
• Understanding H&S compliance and complex building matters is a must
• Positive, can do attitude
• Common sense approach
• Ability to think on your feet and make considered decisions
• Outgoing, warm and friendly personality
• Organised, meticulous, tenacious
• Excellent written and spoken etiquette
• IT literate and social media savvy.

The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £45,000, plus a discretionary 20% bonus (KPI based).

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Saturday rotation will be required, but you will get time back in lieu for this.
