SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST (POLITICAL/SOCIAL RESEARCH)

We are working with a rapidly growing consultancy that focuses on quantitative research projects, using their insights to help inform strategy to governments, political parties and brands across the globe. Due to natural growth, they're looking to bring in several consultants to support with projects, making it an exciting time for the organisation!
THE ROLE:
The Senior Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct and deliver quantitative research projects
- Work closely with leadership to develop new business strategy
- Utilise both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy for clients
- Manage and mentor junior members of the team
- Design and script surveys
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Senior Research Analyst will have:
- Knowledgeable with quantitative data
- A background or interest in social/political research
- The ability to design and script surveys
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of R and Python are desirable but not essential
- A strong academic background
