Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Senior Repairs Technician - Joiner to join the team based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,777 - £32,076 per annum.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward looking team player to work in a busy and diverse repairs section of the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Team.

You will be required to supervise and co-ordinate a team of multi skilled Operatives providing technical support and direction in the delivery of an excellent service to all customers and service users.  You will possess the skills required to carry out repairs and maintenance work to Council owned, private, tenanted and empty properties and any other Authority owned building in a multi-skilled environment whilst achieving high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
