Currently working with a Lloyd's Syndicate hiring a Senior Reinsurance Technician to manage all post placement outwards reinsurance program activities. This role involves maintaining accurate records, handling reinsurance transactions, assisting in treaty renewals, and mentoring junior team members.

Skills and Experience Required:

·Experience in outwards reinsurance within the London market

·Proficiency in reinsurance systems

·Strong communication and organisational skills

·Ability to mentor and develop team members
