They are a forward-thinking firm with a global footprint, boasting over 70 offices across 40 countries. They excel in understanding their clients' FS businesses, providing tailored support through skilled negotiation, project management, and collaboration across borders.
About the Role
- The Financial Services (FS) team is among the largest in London and the UK, with 27 partners and over 100 lawyers specializing in various financial sector matters.
- Their extensive practice covers a spectrum of FS-related transactions and advisory services, including regulated outsourcings, commercial partnerships, capital transactions, and more.
About You
- You must be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, essential for handling complex financial services transactions.
- A solid understanding of financial services industry dynamics, regulations, and best practices, enabling effective support for FS clients.
- Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of clients, with a commitment to building and maintaining strong client relationships.
