We're on the lookout for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to join a dynamic and passionate team of individuals within a health sector organisation. The ideal candidate will be a skilled sales professional, thriving even when working independently. As part of the New Business team, you will be responsible for securing and developing new business opportunities within both SME and strategic sized businesses. 

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Develop new business opportunities by establishing a broad network of potential clients.
  • Independently secure meetings with new clients, focusing mainly on outbound efforts.
  • Meet with decision makers in enterprise and strategic organisations.
  • Conduct consultative meetings with prospects to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Represent the business at exhibitions and networking events.
  • Support the Account Management team with expansion opportunities for existing clients.
  • Host networking events with prospects to nurture relationships and pipeline.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting, preferably Salesforce.

About you: 

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B consultative sales experience with client interaction.
  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS/Industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience gained within the health and wellbeing sector.
  • Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to travel to Leeds office occasionally.
