Creatively- minded and with expertise across the full marketing mix, our Regional Marketing team are seeking our newest Senior Regional Marketing Executive to support in crafting a winning, scalable multi-channel strategy across our regional brands based across the UK and Ireland.

You will be joining our newly-formed central services, working across the Forge Holiday Group, including Bachcare, UKCaravansforHire, Forest Holidays and Sykes Holiday Cottages.

Our newest Senior will be focussing on marketing across five successful brands across the South West including: Coast and Country Cottages, Helpful Holidays, Cornish Cottage Holidays, John Bray Cornish Holidays and Carbis Bay Holidays.

  • Paying a salary up to £31,000 per annum working Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Working as a senior part of the Regional Marketing team, alongside our wider Marketing Department within Sykes Holiday Cottages, the position of Senior will see you responsible for helping oversee and lead the team in its day-to-day marketing activity across a cluster of our regional acquisitions.

As an integral part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with your Regional Marketing Manager, and other members of the Regional Marketing and head office Marketing team to deliver relevant, on-brand marketing campaigns, with a focus on generating lead enquiries from new holiday home owners, to expand our portfolio of properties.

You will have the opportunity to lead our team of Marketing Executives in the South West on a varied range of projects, and will influence and shape our future local marketing activity. This diverse role presents an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in working across a wide range of marketing channels, within one of the UK's leading holiday cottage groups.


As our newest Senior Regional Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the management team in crafting a winning, scalable, multi-channel marketing strategy which is in line with business objectives and property lead targets.
  • Plan, lead on and execute day to day marketing activity and campaigns across the full channel mix, both online and offline. From print ads and PR, to social media and online visibility, we want to ensure maximum brand awareness in our competitive local market.
  • Support with SEO strategy, to drive traffic to our brand websites.
  • Support with our paid media strategy, including Google ads and Facebook ads.
  • Attend a number of events and trade shows each year, representing each of our brands.
  • Support with design and content creation for marketing literature such as owner guides, brochures, mailers, offline advertising and events assets.
  • Performance reporting for all marketing campaigns, using internal reporting software, Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Generate and present ideas, information and strategies to key stakeholders, including the management team and brand leaders.
  • Liaise with external agencies and freelancers to ensure projects are dealt with in a timely, cost-effective and efficient manner.

Please note: The post holder can be based in Devon or Cornwall, with hybrid or home working available. Access to own transport for regular travel to the regional offices is required.
