Senior Recruitment Consultant

Package: £26K - £30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (up to 40%)

My client is a market-leading retail talent partner working with household names such as ASOS, McDonald's and Walmart. They are looking for driven individuals who want to develop their career within a better suited environment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will headhunt candidates for top clients, earning commission on the placements you make whilst building long-standing relationships with your clients. You must be comfortable on the phone and negotiating on a B2B level. You will work on a mixture of retained and contingent business, self-generated from the sales calls and client-meetings you make.

What you need to know about them:

• No KPIs for KPIs sake, if they know you’re capable of doing the role they aren’t precious about hitting every metric every day.
• They still value having the team in the office and would like to want to be there too, but you can work from home where needed.
• Promotion targets, and your progress towards hitting them, are there for everybody to see, the goal posts won’t be moved.
• Amazing incentives but not everything is centred around alcohol. They’ll always listen to new ideas and ways of celebrating success.
• Huge push towards D&I and making sure equal opportunities are given.
