We are looking for passionate individuals who are motivated by success, have a proactive nature and a passion for achieving in this fast-paced sales environment.

The role is demanding and diverse so multitasking is essential. You are the vital link between the client and the candidate and will be responsible for candidate attraction as well as matching them to temporary and permanent positions with clients.

Duties will include: -

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from clients.
  • Conducting client visits to build and develop positive relationships to help understand the industry, culture and working environment.
  • Advertising vacancies on various social media platforms and job boards.
  • Using various methods to resource suitable candidates for vacancies such as candidate databases, job boards, social media and headhunting.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications adhering to compliance at all times.
  • Shortlisting candidates for relevant roles, preparing CV’s and discussing candidates experience with clients.
  • Organising interviews on behalf of the client and candidate.
  • Updating candidates on interview feedback and managing the process through to employment offer including negotiating pay / salary rates and benefits on behalf of candidates.
  • Requesting references for workers when required..
  • Working towards and exceeding targets.

Key Skills: -

  • Essential you have worked within a Recruitment Consultant or Sales role previously and have a proven track records in sales.
  • Knowledge of the sales process within a business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills both over the telephone and on a face-to-face basis.
  • Ability to work at fast pace and meet deadlines and targets set in a pressurised environment.
  • Passionate with a proactive nature to thrive and succeed in this rewarding role.
  • Ideally will hold a full driver’s licence.
