My client is a leading Technology & Financial Service Recruitment Agency with offices in London, New York & Los Angeles. They are currently looking to strengthen their New York team due to a record-breaking 2023!

With an average fee of $40,000 and plenty of recurring business, they have several $1m+ billers.

They currently have 2 sponsorship opportunities available. Relocation will be fully covered along with 2 flights back to the UK per year.

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A proven 360 recruiter, with a strong desire to become a top performer
• Experience with Technology recruitment (or if not being able to speak to some type of specialized technical skill)
• Ability to become a market expert, natural leader, and have big visions and insatiable appetites for more

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

• Up to $100k base + commission structure up to 35%
• 50-head with over 80% retention rate of their staff. Looking to grow to 85 by end of 2024
• Average fee sizes $40k - consultants are taking home $30k+ in commission per month
• Hybrid working. 3 days WFH each week & remote working options
