Search is the one of UK's largest recruitment agencies with revenue of £220m. With recent investment from Private Equity Partners, H2 we are looking to expand our Accountancy & Finance division here in Birmingham

With a strong portfolio of clients, We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to nurture and develop the business even further! If career progression and development is important to you, we can offer that!

You will be joining the best Accountancy & Finance recruiters in the market. The division is results-focused, hard-working who have a lot of fun along the way! You'll be able to benefit from our £0 threshold as well as other team incentives to continue your growth.

From the support of H2, we have been able to invest in our Training and Development, we have created an industry leading, bespoke training programme to continuously develop and support your career moving forward.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced Recruiter, you would focus on permanent roles within the qualified market. Your territory is vast and as such you could carve out a business which suits your skills and passion.
• Confident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
• Candidate management, including sourcing and networking activities
• Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships.
