With substantial investment from private equity partners, H2, we are expanding our Accountancy and Finance team to continue collaborating with some of the leading financial companies in Yorkshire.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you can have experience in any market if you have Business Development experience and are able to build rapport quickly with both candidates and clients.

Additionally, you will benefit from a commission structure that pays up to 40% on all revenue you generate. The commission is paid on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to maximise your earning potential.

Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in recruitment, it would be desirable with a construction background.
- Highly articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
