Senior Quantity Surveyor
A leading Main Contractor in Central London is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to spearhead their portfolio of high-end construction projects. This role focuses on luxury developments ranging from £300k to £7m within the residential and commercial sectors across prestigious areas like Mayfair, Chelsea, and Knightsbridge, as well as in Surrey.

Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:- Lead the financial management of multiple high-value projects from initiation to closure.
- Collaborate directly with the company's directors and other senior leaders to shape project and financial strategies.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and complex projects independently.
- Competitive salary package (£70,000 - £85,000), including car allowance and performance bonuses.
