Senior Quantity Surveyor

A top 10, Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record of working on health projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join this global consultancy's London office where you will be working on health projects up to £500m pre and post contract, alongside the current Cost Management team.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on pre and post contract responsibilities including: cost planning, measuring (using CostX), cost modelling, and also getting involved in MEP elements of the projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Health project experience
• MRICS or hold a construction related degree
• Pre and post contract experience
• Able to obtain BPSS clearance
• Comfortable using CostX
• Any MEP experience would be useful
