Senior Quantity Surveyor

An innovative and rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy is actively looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their successful central Manchester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a burgeoning office which, following a successful year, is set to expand significantly. With around 10 surveyors currently, the aim is to increase to 15-20 professionals within the next year.

This is a highly regarded and well-established Consultancy with 5 offices nationwide and over 250 people across their regions.

The Directors leading the Manchester office are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy a project delivery role, working on projects up to £100m across the Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail and Commercial Office sectors.

The role comes with fantastic opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor eager to step into an Associate Director role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or working towards
• Able to run projects independently from inception to completion
• Pre and post contract experience
• Strong QS background with UK Consultancy's
