Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis, including preparing estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects in the education and life sciences sectors.
  • Manage procurement processes specific to these sectors, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier selection, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual matters relevant to education and life sciences projects, resolving disputes or variations in accordance with industry standards and sector-specific regulations.
  • Perform regular site visits and inspections tailored to the unique needs of education and life sciences projects, assessing progress, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with sector-specific quality and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and review financial reports with a focus on education and life sciences projects, including cost reports, cash flow projections, and final accounts, to track project performance and support decision-making processes.
