We are looking for a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to become a key part of our client's friendly and thriving team.

About The Company:
Our client is a leading regional player providing comprehensive cost, project management, and building surveying services. They're currently enjoying a phase of stable growth and manage a variety of projects ranging from commercial new builds and high-end residential refurbishments to educational and community facilities.

The Role:
As a RICS qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead projects valued between £1m and £60m, including recent initiatives like a £20m mixed-use community hub and a £60m new build school. You will manage these projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Your role will involve both pre and post-contract responsibilities.
