A national, property consultancy are seeking a competent and reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor (ideally MRICS) to work alongside their new Director of Cost Management in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to grow into the Director's second in command, and be part of a long term project which involves growing and establishing the consultancy's quantity surveying offering in London.

Alongside this, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will help deliver pre and post contract (including viability statements and early stage master planning) projects for the likes of Homes England, Local Councils, MET Police and more.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Ideally MRICS, or a good level of Quantity Surveying experience
  • PQS / Consultancy background is a must
  • Comfortable delivering projects, pre and post contract
  • Early stage master planning experience would be a plus
  • Eager to be part of a long term project
