About The Client:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cost Management: Accurately estimating and managing project costs, ensuring projects are completed within budget.
  • Contract Administration: Administering contracts and managing contract variations, claims, and disputes.
  • Procurement: Overseeing procurement processes and supplier/subcontractor selection.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Reporting: Providing timely and accurate financial reports to project stakeholders.
  • Cost Control: Implementing cost control measures and cost forecasting throughout the project life cycle.
  • Client Relationships: Building strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a strong background in fit-out projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project finances, contracts, and procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in industry software (e.g., CostX, Procore, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytic skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
