A national, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of their original founding offices, in Oxford.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 20 Quantity Surveyors in Oxford who are working on an enviable client list which includes top tier sport teams to iconic commercial buildings.

Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on high end residential projects across Oxford and London, valuing anywhere between £4m-£40m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Able to commute around Oxford
  • Quantity Surveying degree or MRICS
  • UK Cost Management / PQS Consultancy experience
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • A successful track record of leading projects from inception to completion
  • 5+ years quantity surveying experience
