Senior Quantity Surveyor

A successful, award-winning multidisciplinary Consultancy based in Nottingham is seeking to recruit a committed, client-facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a well-established, professional team handling a diverse portfolio of projects across Defense, Residential, Commercial, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

This role presents an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take on more responsibility, progress to an Associate level, and have a meaningful impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Liaising directly with clients
• Managing junior members of the team
• Running Design Team Meetings, reporting on cost control matters
• Cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents and commercial reporting
• Managing large & complex projects with responsibility for project cost control

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Good pre and post contract knowledge / ability to run projects to completion
• Client facing
• Experience working within a UK Cost Consultancy
• RICS accredited degree
• Ideally MRICS or working towards
