The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The appointed Senior Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a prestigious, award-winning firm, known for its work across diverse sectors such as Affordable Housing, Government, Education, Health, Office, Hospitality, Private Residential, and Sport. The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will work in both a project delivery role as well as managing and mentoring some of the teams more junior surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS is beneficial but not crucial
• Property / Construction Sector experience
• Previous QS experience within a consultancy/PQS practice
• Strong Pre and post contract experience
