• Collaborate closely with the Surveying Manager to develop strategic plans and optimize project outcomes.
• Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive contract records and the production of detailed monthly reports.
• Chair project meetings and provide authoritative insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of project risks through robust risk management planning.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the professional team.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with extensive professional experience.
• Proven track record of success in senior Quantity Surveying roles, demonstrating leadership and strategic acumen.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, technologies, and contractual frameworks.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
