Your Purpose:
- Engage in cost planning and estimation throughout your project’s lifecycle.
- Generate estimates and conduct budget reviews across diverse sectors.
- Gather data, analyze requirements, and understand the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Create Analysis and Benchmarking Reports to ensure value for money, identifying trends and cost drivers.
- Maintain the accuracy of reported data.
- Drive innovation within our organization and for our clients.
- Develop and support tools that integrate data, dashboards, and outputs for unit cost analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement.
Our Presence: We have a robust presence in Network Rail and National Highways, with an expanding footprint in the MOD, nuclear, and renewables sectors. Experience in these areas is highly valued.
Desirable Experience:
- NEC and FIDIC contract knowledge.
What You Bring:
- Familiarity with commercial roles in large capital programs, preferably within the UK’s complex infrastructure sector.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A commercial mindset focused on shaping investment decisions.
- Effective workload planning and prioritization skills, with a knack for keeping stakeholders updated.
- The ability to present information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
