A Kent based, Quantity Surveying and Project Management construction consultancy, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work alongside their Quantity Surveying Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will help lead the current Quantity Surveying team with their day to day work, as well as mentoring them through their APC and general growth within the industry.

Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage and run projects across various sectors including office fit out, healthcare, private and volume residential, and local authority.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS, or completed a QS degree
  • A successful track record of managing works pre and post contract
  • UK consultancy / cost management work experience
  • Able to commute to Sevenoaks
  • Good communication
  • Experience or a desire to help manage other quantity surveyors
