Senior Quantity Surveyor
A longstanding medium sized Construction & Property Consultancy is looking to add a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Cardiff office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit team working across a broad range of exciting projects including Heritage, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Education, Industrial and Ecclesiastical.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a relatively new and small team of 4 however they boast an impressive pipeline of projects across Wales and the South West (Bristol & Bath specifically) and are a friendly and dynamic team of professionals. So, they have no shortage of exciting schemes to get involved in.
This consultancy operates under a flexible working policy and typically work out of the office 2-3 days a week.
This could be the perfect opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current position, eager to take on more responsibility and progress. Or, an established MRICS QS eager for the right support in order to step into management and senior positions.
