Senior Quantity Surveyor
An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their Bristol office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a diverse team of professionals in Bristol comprising Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, CDM Advisors, Building Surveyors and more.
Working across a multitude of sectors including Commercial, Education, Health, Heritage & Conservation, Hotel, Industrial, Residential, Sport, Leisure & Retail. There is no shortage of exciting upcoming schemes to get involved in.
Managing projects from inception to completion as well as mentoring some junior members of the team, the incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Directors with a clear progression path in place towards an Associate role and beyond.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- QS experience within a UK Consultancy
- Client facing & Excellent Communication Skills
- Ambitious with the desire to progress to Associate
