They are an established main contractor who have a turnover of £1b annually and specialise in a variety of sectors including the residential, commercial and public sectors with projects ranging in value from £1m - £100m.

The role - Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP):

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, You will be a key part of the commercial team and will be working on high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

You will take the lead on all commercial functions and contract reporting as well as the following duties:

• Develop and encourage project team performance, ensuring that main contractual obligations and/or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed.
• Actively engage with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure delivery of the commercial function within your assigned projects.
• Producing internal and external commercial reports.

Experience required:

You will need a relevant qualification and have strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management along with the ability to use / understand financial reports and final accounts.
