We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team within Lovell’s East Anglia region, working onsite in Norwich, with travel to sites across the region.

Reporting to our Managing Quantity Surveyor / Regional Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the financial cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the Award up to and including completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery / discharge of all retentions.

Applying yourself in a professional environment, you will liaise with clients and subcontractors, having the confidence to go out to projects / properties when required to do so. This position will involve working within a busy Quantity Surveying department on new build and refurbishment schemes.

We are looking for a formal qualification such as HNC in a relevant subject, with previous substantial quantity surveying experience within the construction industry. Client-driven, with strong decision making and communication skills, candidates will be able to prioritise work against tight deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities.
