A Tier 1 Main Contractor seeks to engage an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor possessing extensive experience in overseeing large-scale residential projects for upcoming endeavors within the East London/Canary Wharf vicinity. Prior involvement in substantial residential projects is advantageous, with familiarity in Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) procedures being desirable albeit not obligatory.

The prospective projects entail a financial scope exceeding £100 million, necessitating an immediate commencement. The ideal candidate should demonstrate adeptness in autonomous work, and proficiency in swiftly initiating procurement tasks.
