The client is focusing on expanding operations and are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the team. MUST HAVE experience in Flat OR Liquid Roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for roofing projects.

Conduct thorough quantity surveys and cost analysis.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.

Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.

Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the roofing sector.

Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends.

Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Location:

The position is based in South West London, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
