Senior Quality Manager

Walker Cole International is searching for a Senior Quality Manager to join a Global Contract Research Organisation at their Biopharmaceutical facility in County Mayo, Ireland. As the Quality leader you will be manage the GMP QA program to ensure compliance across the site.

You will be responsible for:

• Management, development and training of a team of QA professionals to ensure regulatory requirements are met
• Identification and implementation of improvements in the compliance program across the site
• Management of the Compliance systems across audits, inspections, change controls etc.
• Act as the company representative in regulatory and client inspections/audits
• Assuring 3rd party vendors and suppliers are assessed for their compliance levels

You will need to:

• Hold a BSc in a Scientific discipline
• Have significant experience in a management/supervisory role within the Pharmaceutical industry
• Have prior experience hosting client and regulatory inspections e.g. FDA, HRPA
• Have excellent knowledge of national and international regulations
