Description
- Ensuring the quality of products and services in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards, ensuring GDP & GMP compliance
- Participating in team meetings, contributing to quality assurance strategies and develop validation strategies and protocols
- Identifying potential quality risks, follow up on CAPAs and ensuring timely closure of actions
- Effectively support with record management within the QMS including CAPAs, change controls, complaints, non-conformances, risk management
- Contribute as SME for internal, external and supplier audits
- Assist with training to staff members on components of the QMS and procedures
- Day to day support of quality tasks business wide
- Reporting to senior management on quality assurance metrics and trends
Profile
A successful Senior Quality Assurance Associate should have:
- Proficiency in quality assurance procedures and standards
- Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP and supply of unlicensed medicines
- Strong understanding of QMS processes
- The ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues and take a risk-based approach
- Manage stakeholders effectively
- Excellent team working abilities
- Strong communication skills
