Senior QA Officer

Science Solutions - Senior QA Officer - Pharmaceuticals - North East

Science Solutions are currently working with a Pharmaceutical company who are adding a Senior QA Officer to their team in the North East.

As a Senior QA Officer you will be responsible for leading, managing and closing quality processes such as deviations, change controls, complaints, CAPAs etc along with ensuring GMP compliance. You will also be responsible for deputising for the Quality Manager where appropriate, delivering monthly quality reviews, conducting internal and external audits and providing GMP training throughout the business. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage quality processes including deviations, change controls, CAPAs, complaints etc.
• Review and approve quality documentation including SOPs, validation documentation, batch records etc
• Collate monthly KPIs for quality metrics and use this to deliver monthly quality reports

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device GMP Quality Assurance 
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing deviations, change controls, CAPAs and other quality processes
• A background in Operations/Warehousing would be highly advantageous
