Salary - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our client based on a busy Islington high street are looking for a Senior property manager with a minimum of 4 to 5 year’s experience within AST to work in their upmarket office. They have a great reputation and are well respected within the area. If you have extensive experience within property management, you are professional and motivated and looking for a new challenge, your CV will be highly considered for this role. Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software is an advantage.

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
• Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
• Co-operating with the Lettings Team
• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation - Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.
• Property inspections
• Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software an advantage.
