Job Type: Temp to Perm
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join a local property management company. This role offers the potential for a temporary position to become permanent for the right individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of properties, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to our clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Ensure compliance with all property management regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair works as required
- Handle lease renewals, tenant screenings, and negotiations
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge accounts
- Respond to tenant queries and resolve issues promptly
- Lead a team of property management staff, providing guidance and support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MIRPM qualification is desired
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong understanding of property management legislation and best practices
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
