Due to unprecedented new business success, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Block Manager to join our Team at our office in Mayfair, London.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of residential blocks and estates comprising new builds, purpose built and converted properties. The successful applicant will be required to provide outstanding levels of customer service to our clients.

The flexibility to travel for client and resident meetings regularly is a prerequisite, therefore a full, cleaning driving licence will be essential. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced and demanding but rewarding environment and be results-driven.

Ideally you will be MIRPM qualified and have over five years’ experience in the block management industry.
