Senior Property Manager

This Property Management role will be office-based, overseeing a portfolio of properties, and ensuring outstanding service delivery to clients, tenants, and other departments. Responsibilities include managing compliance reporting and bookings, handling maintenance issues, coordinating pre-tenancy checks, overseeing check-ins, check-outs, disputes, maintenance requests, and evictions, as well as managing deposit payments and returns.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for property, backed by at least 2 years of previous experience, a strong grasp of legislation, and excellent organisational and communication skills. Given the customer-centric nature of the role, a proven track record as a property manager is essential.

• Location: Stratford upon Avon
• £28,000 salary (Annual salary review)
• Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a portfolio of properties
