Senior Property Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am -6pm Friday 9am -5.30pm

Full clean licence - use of Pool car

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager to become part of a great office in Archway, North London. Working with 2 other Property Managers overseeing the team.

You will manage a portfolio of around 70 properties, including HMO’s so knowledge within this area will be essential. Your role with include pre-tenancy works, property inspections, Check in check out reports, routine and emergency maintenance as well as liaising with the TDS. You must be presentable, a great communicator and able to use your own initiative.

Experience of working using current lettings legislation is imperative along with the ability to deal with high pressure situations a minimum of 1 year experience as a senior property manager, ARLA qualification is preferred, but not essential.

The successful candidate:

• Must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
• Previous Property Management experience is essential a minimum of 1 year.
• Will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
• ARLA qualification preferred
• Experience using Jupix software exp.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality
• Must be a Driver with a full, clean UK Licence.
• Basic knowledge of heating and hot weather, plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong communication skills
