They are well-known for their innovative approach to claims management, using the latest technology and equipment to process claims fairly and efficiently for their clients. Having appointed a new leader for their academy, they are now operating a best-in-class approach to identify, train and develop the next generation of Loss Adjusters, including both onwards progression and fully-funded external qualifications.
Experience dependant, the MCL Adjuster role will pay up to £60,000 per annum, plus company car (or car allowance), excellent bonus structure, 25 days paid annual leave, private medical insurance, life assurance, employee wellbeing and flexible benefits such as additional annual leave, dental or optical schemes.
MCL Adjuster - Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of Domestic and Commercial MCL Property Claims
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to bring claims through to conclusion
- Liaise with clients, working towards SLAs to ensure efficient claims process
- Deal with any obstacles that come in the way of claims progression
- Experienced Property Loss Adjuster (Commercial, Domestic or both)
- Good working knowledge of the insurance market
- Ability to plan and prioritise to fulfil client SLAs and internal targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech savvy
