Senior Project Manager

Exciting opportunity to join a leading project development and construction group looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing IT team. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and external vendors.
  • Establish and enforce project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
  • Monitor and report on programme/project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience managing Project Managers, and overseeing business and technical projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional certification in project management (PRINCE2 practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications) is highly desirable.
