The Senior Project Manager Role

• Lead the project lifecycle of a Super Prime residential build, ensuring top-tier execution and the highest quality outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison to the operations manager, integrating company values and vision into project execution.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and innovative solution implementation.

The Senior Project Manager

• Proven experience in the luxury residential sector, with specific expertise in Super Prime projects.
• Leadership acumen, capable of managing complex project elements and a diverse team.
• Familiarity with yacht-quality finishes and the intricacies of the luxury market.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range from £70,000 to £80,000, reflective of the high-profile nature of the role.
