Senior Project Manager
A dynamic, prestigious construction company, in the heart of Central London, is seeking an experienced Project Manager, to work on exciting projects across the city.
The Senior Project Manager Role
The Project Manager will take charge of prestigious residential builds, ensuring each project is delivered with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include extensive client interaction, project oversight from planning to completion, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
The Project Manager:
- Experienced in managing high-end residential projects.
- Strong leadership abilities and proficiency in project management software
- Construction-related qualifications are essential
- Strong communication skills and client facing
In Return:
- £60,000 - £70,000
