Senior Project Manager

A prestigious construction firm based in the heart of Central London is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead various high-value office fit-out projects throughout the city.

The selected Project Manager will oversee multiple high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of project delivery meet the highest standards of luxury and precision. This role involves detailed project planning, team leadership, budget management, and robust client engagement.

The Senior Project Manager Role

  • Develop full-scale project plans and communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all project requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

The Senior Project Manager

  • Proven Project Management experience in the high-end sector, particularly with main contractors.
  • Strong background in luxury office and residential fit-outs.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and excellent communication skills.
