An esteemed construction company situated in the vibrant core of Central London is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a series of prestigious High-End Residential projects across London

The selected Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the completion of several intricate and valuable projects in Central London. In this critical position, you will manage all aspects of project execution, from initial planning stages through to successful completion, maintaining a steadfast commitment to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

This role offers the perfect timing for the incoming Senior Project Manager to take charge of multiple sophisticated, high-end fit-out schemes, with excellent prospects for career development and progression into a more senior position.

• Project Leadership: Manage the project development lifecycle from inception to conclusion.
• Scope and Objectives: Clearly define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior management and stakeholders.
• Reporting and Documentation: Produce detailed progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
• Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor project team members and contractors to foster a productive and cooperative work environment.

• Extensive experience in Project Management with a Main Contractor.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-end projects.
• Comprehensive construction-related qualifications.
• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills.

In Return:

• £60,000 - £70,000
