An award-winning Main Contractor are looking to add an energetic Senior Project Manager to their Essex Office.

The Senior Project Manager role

This contractor specialises in high-end refurbishments, conversions and new builds within the Prime Residential sector up to £10m as well as venturing out into other sectors including Retail, The Arts, Office and Education.

The role comes with support and opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a Senior Project Manager looking for a fresh challenge with great opportunity for progression long term, or someone who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is looking to step up to senior.

The Senior Project Manager

The successful Senior Project Manager will have:

  • Experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer
  • Experience in a Project Manager role
  • Super Prime / High-End Residential experience is ideal

In Return?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

  • £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
  • 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
