Role Overview:

Project Management:

  • Uphold standard agency policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across accounts.
  • Oversee workflow across multiple projects simultaneously, managing varying stages from design to installation.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a strategic partner and ensuring unparalleled service delivery.
  • Lead client calls and maintain open communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Provide full visibility of the team's annual calendar and resource scope, effectively communicating with superiors.
  • Develop strategic account management plans to drive client retention and account growth.
  • Proactively identify and initiate projects and opportunities for account development.

Team Development & Communication:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Junior PMs, and Project Coordinators, fostering individual career development.
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and support team recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure internal processes reflect our agency culture and values, guiding team members in their execution.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in line management and team mentoring.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for immersing yourself in client brands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Calm and patient under pressure, with exceptional organisational skills.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated expertise in client and supplier management, budget creation and management, and on-site delivery.
